Refund Policy - the basics

The items on sale here are in game items and are non refundable unless you do not receive the item or there is a problem with issuing you an item. Any claim for a refund will need to be investigated by the owner or appointed admin.

If you contribute to server run time, unfortunately this is non refundable.
